Yoga Essential for a Healthy Body and Mind, Experts Tell Students at RR Group of Institutions

Lucknow: RR Group of Institutions, Bakshi Ka Talab, celebrated International Yoga Day with a special yoga programme aimed at promoting physical fitness, mental well-being, and a healthy lifestyle among students.

A large number of students enthusiastically participated in the event, performing various yoga postures and pranayama exercises under expert guidance. The programme highlighted the importance of incorporating yoga into daily life to achieve overall health and wellness.
